Are there any side effects?

About 1 out of 700 experience stomach cramps. If you are on a blood thinner you have to be aware that there is a trace amount of Vitamin K in Pure Nutrition (less than one microgram per gram) This is a small amount but nevertheless it can have a contraindication to blood thinners.
